It's a Polka Party - Learn to Polka

Polka on down to The Des Moines Ballroom as we are kicking off our community events series. Learn the Polka just in time for Oktoberfest, where you can show off your new moves!

Whether you are a seasoned dancer or this is the first time you are stepping in a dance studio, you will have a great time learning how to do the Polka dance. Our seasoned instructor and owner of the Des Moines Ballroom, Tallis, will be teaching and guiding you along the way! Come by yourself or with a partner and get ready to learn this fun and lively dance. 

Dance lesson will be from 7:30-8:30pm followed by a Polka inspired playlist during open dancing including other styles as well.

$25 Admission includes dance lesson, snacks and drinks.
