PD Moves
The PD Moves Program is a dance program for persons with Parkinson's Disease and their caregivers/spouses. The program was founded in Cedar Rapids in 2016 by Tallis Strub.
The material focuses largely on social dance styles like Tango and Waltz, and also utilizes elements of Jazz, Tap, and Ballet to inspire movement combinations and variations.

Friday Dance Party
8:00 - 9:30 pm
Join us every Friday for our open dance session! We invite everyone to join All current class members are invited to let loose, practice their moves, and enjoy a fun, social evening on the dance floor.
Whether you’re brushing up on your latest steps or just want to dance the night away, our Friday Dance Party is the perfect way to unwind and connect with fellow dancers.
Admission is $10 for the general public and free if you are a current class member.
Our class was sold out so what a crowd! Our instructor did a fabulous job giving personal instruction to those who needed it. My hubby and I learned a lot and can't wait till next Tuesday 😃
