People come into the ballroom for many different reasons: to meet people, to have something fun to do with your spouse, to lose weight, or maybe simply to increase the fun in their life. Above all else, dancing should be fun. It should be an escape from everyday life and something you look forward to doing more of and learning more about.
The Des Moines Ballroom offers a friendly and comfortable setting in our Group Classes and a fun and focused setting in our Private Lessons. Several students take both Group and Private lessons to help them advance their dancing faster and increase their enjoyment and popularity in the dance community.
Youth classes are also offered at Des Moines Ballroom. They currently run on Saturday mornings and are set up so your youngster can learn the basics and then move into a more advanced level and even join the performance team. Send us an email for more details on the youth programs.
